Building a stronger community, together.
Warm Blessings is launching a Capital Campaign to support a transformational next step in our mission: expanding our Community Kitchen and Day Sheltering programs in a new shared-use facility made possible through the leadership of Mayor Gregory, the Elizabethtown City Councilmembers, and the City of Elizabethtown.
This new space represents more than a building—it represents stability, dignity, and hope. It allows Warm Blessings to grow our capacity to serve nourishing, home-cooked meals while providing a safe, welcoming daytime environment for neighbors experiencing food insecurity and housing instability.
In 2025, Warm Blessings served nearly 200,000 meals through our Community Kitchen hot meal service, Senior Meal Delivery, Mobile Meals, and Grocery Bag distribution. Every meal is prepared with care and offered with respect—meeting people where they are and reminding them they are not alone.
“On behalf of Warm Blessings, we are deeply grateful for this partnership and the opportunity to move our mission forward in such a meaningful way,” said Jessica Whitlock, Board Chair. “This capital campaign is about more than bricks and mortar—it’s about building a stronger, more compassionate community where everyone has access to food, dignity, and hope.”
Your support of this Capital Campaign will help us build a Community Kitchen and Day Sheltering space that meets today’s needs while preparing for tomorrow’s challenges. Together, we can ensure that Warm Blessings continues to be a place of nourishment, safety, and belonging for years to come.
Join us in building what’s next.
